- Is Ultra Zoom free?
- Yes. Hover-to-zoom works on every site, forever, with no account and no card. Pro is an optional upgrade that adds premium site plugins, on-device AI upscaling, video controls, unlimited batch download, hover-history search, custom URL rules, and settings sync.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. Checkout takes about 30 seconds and Pro activates against the email address you pay with — there is no password to choose and no profile to fill in.
- What happens when the 7-day free trial ends?
- That depends which trial you started. The card-free trial you start inside the extension simply ends: Pro features switch off, the free tier keeps working, and nothing is ever charged because we never took a payment method. If instead you subscribed through checkout, the included 7-day trial converts and the monthly plan bills $3.99 or the annual plan bills $29.99 — cancel any time during that week from the Account page and you are never charged. Lifetime has no trial; it is a single $59.99 charge today.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you, on any plan including Lifetime. See the Terms for the full policy.
- How many computers can I use Pro on?
- One licence covers three devices — for example a laptop, a desktop, and a work machine. Billing is managed through Stripe from the Account page.
- Does Lifetime include future updates?
- Yes. Lifetime is charged once and includes every future update, with no recurring billing. At $59.99 it costs about the same as two years of the annual plan.
- Does Ultra Zoom track my browsing?
- No. Ultra Zoom sends no telemetry and runs no analytics, on the free tier and on Pro alike. There is no server that receives your browsing history, because the extension never reports one.
- Does Pro work in Firefox, Edge, and Brave?
- Yes. Ultra Zoom ships native Manifest V3 builds for Chrome, Edge, and Brave, and a current Firefox add-on. One Pro licence covers all of them within your three devices.
- What if a site I use is not supported?
- Every install gets generic hover-zoom anywhere plus a community URL-rules pack that updates weekly without waiting for a release. Pro adds custom URL rules so you can teach Ultra Zoom about a private CDN or an unsupported site yourself — and you can always ask us to add it.
